Design in PSD our new fashion website

We are looking for someone to design us an eye catching and visually stimulateing website template that we can then send to our developer to cut out and apply to our fashion ecommerce website. We are looking for a design that customers will love and say 'oh, great design' when first visiting the website. At present, we are looking for the design of the website, but we will also require the winner to accept some other jobs after this to include the new design following through to out Facebook site, Blog, Twitter, Catalogue, email newsletter and any promotional material for our stores. As we are a small business, we are looking for a fairly cheap job here, but we are willing to mention your website at the foot of our new site. We are looking for the psd of the following: HOME PAGE PRODUCT PAGE Naturally the top of the page will follow through as this will be the same, so it is simply the layout fo the product page and the use of any graphics to display 'Size Chart', 'Review', 'Contact' etc. Please see the attached document explaining a little more about who we are, the brands we sell and the sites we like. Hopefully we have described a little about the sites we love and this will give you an idea of the site we are hoping for. As you can imagine, this could be a difficult project to award to anyone with no portfolio as we need someone with the vision and flare to apply to our new website.
