Custom WordPress Template: Experts Only!

I need a custom 3-column WordPress template in a color theme of various shades of gray, black and white, to replace my current "blah" theme (that's not even finished by the current webmaster). I want something that doesn't look like every other blah WordPress theme. It needs to be stunning. I have a graphic illustration that I want incorporated into the theme, in full size. (I have the artist's permission/terms to use the graphic). I need four (4)"static" pages (one is a contact page) created and I need the section categories setup (Archives, Articles, Amazon, Blog Roll, Links, credits, etc.)I can add the code for Blog Roll, Feedburner, etc. myself. My WordPress 2.0 is already installed (including all my plugins).I can make the header/section category graphics. I have buttons that need to link to other pages on my site. Based on the template that's designed, I can make new buttons, or leave out buttons altogether. You'll see what I'm talking about, when you view my site. I'm hard to please, when it comes to web graphics, cuz there's some great stuff out there, and I know it. So, if you can't make me go, "WOW!!", then this is not the project for you. I also don't want to spend a whole lot of money, because I've already spent quite a bit of money, for mediocre work. I need someone who can finish the project, within two (2) weeks, once they start. I'm assuming (hoping) that the new template can be setup, without me having to reinstall plugins. I wanna see samples of WordPress templates you've done. I'm going to take a little time, deciding on a project designer, because I'm not satisfied with my current blog design. I thought I was dealing with someone who could do the job, only to find out they couldn't. I had to do a lot of stuff myself. So, I'm not going to jump at the first offer that sounds good. If I like your work, I'm willing to pay you a deposit, before you start. So, again, I'm going to take some time making a decision, because I'm willing to pay a deposit up front.
