Custom Static 1-2 Pages Web Design (Gaming Site)

Looking for a person/company who can Make a 1 Page Web Design that can do it ASAP (TODAY / Tommorow?) + + + Preferably also a person I can contact through aim / msn. So I may check on updates. This Will be for a Card Gaming Store. 90% of it will be for Magic the Gathering. (I will be using this site until we have finished up the bids / site for the online custom store) So if the logo would be pictured as magic cards. (since this isn't mobilegaming) :) - Topic Colors / Font ("Gameboy/java games") Looks nice So If you can copy the look that's fine as well. - I need three boxes on the top instead having the words "New Releases" , "On Sale" , "Upcoming Tournaments" and on the buttom of that is "Current News" being a big box :) After the site is done, I also would like a CMS Installed to Easily Update the "News" when Possible :) can be .http or just a small link on the buttom with a @ as a login prompt :) (This can be seperate work / "bonus work" as I would need to get hosting/put the site up.) >> It would have this kinda look> [login to view URL] (Has box picture on the side/image , title, by, then news on buttom) So please take that into account when thinking of the design.
