Creative Web Designer needed

Are you a good web designer? Well I need a great DESIGNER with vision to create an 11 page church website. Are you the person. I DO NOT want a template site but something original. I have detailed list of requirements. I need creative person who is available on weekends and who speaks and writes very well in English. I need to see your portfolio. I dont want template. Your bid is for 11 page static site with a few flash elements ( very minor) , an online calendar has to be programmed in the site or taken from freeware. 11 pages that I will retain full ownership of when done.
