Creative PSD and than Html Design

Need An extremely creative graphic designer to redesign 6 pages of a website on psd, and than on approval convert those psd files to html. will share details of that website upon sorting the more creative ones. Requirements : 1) Provide no more than 2 links of your most creative work ( I do not want to see a whole lot of websites that you have made , I just want one or two, if you attach more links I will disregard that bid) 2) if you have good history on freelancer I will create a milestone with 1/3 the price and 2 /3 on finish of html. 3) If you have no history on freelancer and yet are creative I will create the milestone but award the milestone after finish of PSD at the least. 4) Having your projects listed on [login to view URL] is plus, will consider them on top of all.
