CS CART Upgrade and development

Please do not bid until you read this first I currently have a website that is built on a CSCART platform. I now need to upgrade my site in preparation for a new layout and format. I am seeking the services of an experienced CSCART web designer who understands how it works and how to modify its core functions. I would also hope that you have some basic to advanced graphic design skills with photo shop and or Corel draw on your system. The work will be around 8 - 10hrs of work for this project. It is only a small portion of the available work as I have many other projects and would like to continue to hire the right person once a week at the quoted rate for 10 hours of work so there is a good opportunity for long term work as well. The quote I am seeking is for 10 hours work. Please only bid if you have good written English skills, can understand or can work with CSCART and smarty php based scripts and have a basic to advanced graphic design background.
