CSS expert needed: 11 themes created with CSS for a simple, one page website, plus tweak CSS for toolbar and pop-up boxes

Brief description of job: 1. Design 11 different style sheets for the same one page website. The site is very simple but it needs 11 different 'themes' that users can choose to their liking. 2. Design/tweak the styling for a simple toolbar and pop-up box on the same site (only one design required for this, not 11 as above). I have a site where small businesses can create simple one page websites from a builder in only a few minutes. The emphasis of the site will be simplicity, as the users will be small business owners and won't be tech-savvy. Most of the back-end work has been done, but I need some professional design work done to create stylish, eye-catching themes that the users can select from when building their site. I also need styling to be done on the toolbar and the pop-up boxes that make up the 'editor' for the site. Note that the style of these will remain constant regardless of the theme the user chooses.
