Are you a Scraping professional?

Only bid if your price is $250 and no higher. If this is successful, I will have $400 worth of more projects next. I need a scraping professional to scrape bulk data from a business directory web site. The site MAY have IP address blocking defences (url will be given in PM). You must be able to configure the scraping agent to either not trigger the blocking defences or to be able to randomly change IP address when it is blocked. You will scrape potentially 15 fields (some fields are empty) from each record going 1 page deep e.g. main webpage has hyperlink which data needs to be scrapped from main webpage and hyperlink page. There will be approximately 54,431 records to take. Instructions will be given for specific records to be targeted. You will provide the harvested data to me in a csv file with columns I will provide. You must be able to demonstrate that you have scraped bulk data from sites with blocking defences. Please describe this in your PM. Initial milestone worth $125 paid after you reach 50% of completion and remaining $125 paid when other 50% completed. I will randomly check records for quality and to ensure there are no dummy records. Also records must quote the main url for reference purposes.
