Build Links For Mobile Site

I need links built for a cell phone site. I will not accept the usual crap links (ffa links, all same c-class, non direct, no rel=nofollow, pr0, excessive links on that page) links must be permanent. Basically proper links, if there not good I have the right to decline, please put the site and the pr of the site in a excel file, I will review it and send you the money. (XOOM, PAYPAL, Western Union) whatever you want. I am looking for unlimited links as I have many sites, but you will be given one at first to see how you are etc, I will try to pick a user that has feedback already, unless if you prove that you are capable of handing this task.
