Betfair API laying bot

Looking for a bot to use the free Betfair API to place one of 2 types of lay bet in soccer's correct score market I'll need to select a match quickly, then either a) Place a lay bet at xx using stake yy, there may or may not be a stop-loss at aa using stake bb, There may or may not be 1-3 other lays at cc, dd and ee stake ff, gg, hh (odds xx,cc,dd,ee need to be configurable, as do the stakes yy, bb and ff-gg. However you can assume ff-gg are the same as yy and bb to be yy * 2. Also that aa = xx/2) Note the stop-loss requires monitoring of the match odds as it cannot be placed until the back odds have reduced sufficiently and will be needed to be placed with an offset to guarantee being matched. b) Currently 1 to 4 lay bets, but please make provision for up to 6, to be triggered if the match odds get low enough. Please note different matches could have different odds and stakes. A match could be bet in both the ways described above It would be helpful to know if bets are matched or unmatched and maybe current odds for the selected scoreline. All bet data including profit loss should be written to a csv or excel file for record keeping
