Advice and expertise for a health research bid reposted - open to bidding

MediaMARKAu3058 Freelancer User Name: MediaMARKAu3058 The prospective client manages investigator-led clinical health trials in Australia and NZ. They handle and collate all trial data and for one of our upcoming studies we require the development of an Access database. They are seeking two quotes for this, one for the complete build and another whereby the tables and forms would be built in-house and the programming outsourced. To make the latter clearer, they would require that the successful contractor adds greater functionality to the database i.e. uses visual basic code to trigger certain events and validation rules. If so I can forward you the paper based case report forms which would need to be reflected by the database and the trial protocol so that you can gain an understanding as to how the database should be built to capture study visits and assessments over time. These are strictly confidential and may only be used for the purpose of responding to this brief. You posted US $20 per hour for the time spent on advising for this bid, ideally no more than 10 hours to assist in the bid. If successful, we are one of two competitors, we can offer a project fee when the full scope of the budget and project are known, if that is acceptable and within the terms of Freelancers Terms and Conditions.
