hello sir we have strong experience with office 2003,2007 using Visual Basic 6.0, in XP,Vista background. One of our project is very similar to this requirement. Our "MS-Office Exam" project is running from last 3 years. We have expertise in such utilities. Waiting for positive reply.

I have extensive experience with Outlook macro writing (Excel too). I'd do it VBA for Outlook. Would enable you to turn the processing on/off or run periodically. Running based soled on events, i.e. the email arriving - is not reliable in my experience. So you need to have code that scans the inbox periodically for missed events. You can see online proof of that in many coding venues. Anyway - good luck regardless.

By way if introduction I am an experienced US Based VBA (MS office Products) developer. I have subcessfully created several Outlook 'New Mail Event' applications that: 1. extract attachments from specific senders 2. extracts data from the body of the email and /or 3. saves and processes the attachment (excel files) generally into an access database. 4. creates a email with the processed data in a report form and sends relevant sections to several users. I dont have a track record Freelancer and I'd appreciate the opportunity to complete this project for you.
