Make an application that allows to consult to a simple table from an Access database (local). The application must let consult the user any of the fields that the table has. Also we need the next functions: 1- Will have a standard consult form. 2- Will be able to add more fields to the consult. 3- Will let the user chose between "OR" and "AND" operations. 4- Will add choices to each field like "Contains", "Equally", "Start with...", etc. Only if the user want to specify, otherwhise will hide them. 5- Will let chose between source databases. 6- Will let the user to export the result to an Excel file. You can have a look on what it should look like on the attached files.
