Create products from audio mp3's

To take an approximately an hour worth of audio mp3's of real estate agent training material and perform the following tasks with it - Create and promote a podcast and distribute on itunes (and create a feedburner account) - Use the audio to create 4 articles on the subject contained and distribute those articles on relevant article sites. - Submit those articles to my blog (I will set you up as a contributor, but use my name) - Create a short? ebook on the subject from the articles in pdf format.
