Add Subtitles To My Videos

I produce a short 1-3 minute video every day and am looking for someone to add written subtitles to this video so that the words I say appear along the bottom of the screen in the video. Please supply an example of your work, or if you have no example please link me to a video of someone else's that contains this type of work to prove you understand what I am asking for. Any submissions without a link to an example will be discarded without any consideration. This will be an on-going job, and be 5 videos per week.
