a promotional film about my project (2/ 3mn)

For 3 centuries, scientific litterature showed that no voting system is able to help people to make a rational decision. I invented an innovative voting system that meets all the criterias of rationality necessary for the functioning of democracy. I want to produce a short film which will present the advantages of this new system. I would like to introduce this innovation as a short story that give desire to people who look at this film to participate in this adventure.
