Create HTML From AI Files

I have Illustrator files that I need converted into HTML files with the supporting graphics and stylesheets. I've attached the files so that you can look at them. Requirements: * This must be a professional job - not just a hack slice job. * Buttons must be their own images. Provide a reasonable mouse over image for each button. * Each logical area should stand alone - so that it can be edited separately * Use of tables is fine * The top banner can be absolute position. * Other than the top banner - there should be **NO** absolute positions. * The gray box - the one that holds the main content **must** be able to expand lengthwise. So do not supply some conversion that only works for the text you see. * Where possible - text should be text. * Provide native graphic files - photoshop or gimp - so that if we have to edit the text we can do so and recreate the images. * Use good clean readable CSS. * ALL OF THE FILES MUST USE THE SAME CSS STYLE SHEET FILE. VERY IMPORTANT **This project has a very tight time schedule. If I get appropriate bids, then I'll award the bid tonight and the project will be due in 72 hours. Please do not bid if you are not able to dedicate the time to get this project completed.** You must send me the conversion of '1 - [login to view URL]' before you begin work on the other files. This will allow me to make sure that you are on the right track. BID UPDATE My client has put a hold on the design while they make some changes - so I'll be getting new files. I'll not be awarding the bid until I see the new files and put them up for you to look at. BID UPDATE 12-31-2008 I got the final files - and uploaded them. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The resulting html must work in IE6+, Firefox 2+, Safari and Opera.
