Concrete5 Template

I want a Concrete5 template created that is very user friendly. Must have multiple (4) columns that can be turned on and off and have colors or backgoround images easily assigned to them. Must be able to have leht and right sidebars to be able to be shown or not shown and these must be able to have colors and borders assigned easily. Header and footer is the same, must be able to easily change the background image or color of the header and footer. Must have a resizable photo or slideshow componet that can be placed with the "add block" feature Basically I want a very user friendly and easily modified template that does not require me to go into the css or html to make the changes.
