creative writer needed urgently

hi, I am in need of a "very" creative writer, to write about solving various problems of people.. let me explain, your job will be to write about how tos and tell people what to do in certain conditions, like a condition is, your are a team lead and 2 of your juniors have a dispute about some thing lets say on work timings how will you solve it. I am ready to pay how ever the contractor will demand but please only apply if you are creative enough to write these things, topics will normally revolve around team leads and your behavior. i will pay you .01 to .02 per word (depending on the quality) even more if you are superb but only apply if you can do that. consider that I will be having a trial test and will pay for that if you are selected. trial test will tell me how you wirte and if it didn't pass copyscape or is not created just copied then you don't deserve the job
