Content Management System (CMS) platform recomendation

I am looking for a strategic recommendation document for an upgrade of an out-dated content management system. I would like the document to review the following CMS’s: - Drupal - Wordpress - Umbraco The recommendation should support the selection of Drupal as the CMS. Background to our business: - We are a media business with many content and directory sites - We have editorial staff loading long form content - We have admin staff loading listings style content - We are looking for scale, efficiency, and standardisation. - We have external developers capable of developing on Drupal and plan to hire/train internal developers to be Drupal competent.
