Detailled Project Specs and Requirements Design

This project is to have a very experienced system analyst/project manager develop detailled specifications for a web based application that will be used to set-up and manage online store fronts as well as online payement transactions. Again this is not for the actual project but only the design and development of the spec document. We enticipate a budget of 1500 to 3000 for the actual project and will also strongly consider the winner of tis phase for the role of project manager for the development phase. Only qualified bidders We will select 3 different providers who will be paid to submit their specs doc and time and cost estimate for the project.
