windows 10 mobile GUI development, WIN CE

We manufacture integrated electrical control systems for limousines and buses. There are two primary display products that we want to sell that are interfaced with our current control system: (1) An existing WinCE Computer Terminal product that we already have in use; and (2) A new Win10 Tablet Product that we want you to develop. We want your primary function to be focused on creating a Win10 Product and GUI that can replace the existing (but near end-of-life) WinCE product that is currently in use. We already have the existing source code for the WinCE products that you can use as a template for the new tablet product. You will need some WinCE experience, but not necessarily a lot of WinCE experience. That being said, a lot of Win10 tablet experience is a must as you will need to know the tablets inside and out because of some unusual needs our product has over typical tablet applications (i.e. turn-on and shutdown with charger power [the tablet needs to look as if the car powers it up and down]). The controller box is written in MC68HC08 Assembly Language, but you are not expected to write or even understand that code (we just assume that a Windows Programmer will have no idea what to do with Microprocessor Assembly Code… and will panic if you think we will need you to program the box). There is a communications standard document that we will provide so that you will know how to talk to, and receive messages from, our controller box via the Wi-Fi interface module. We also have working tablet source code (minus the new graphics) that can be used as a template to speed-up and ease your development task. We will provide you with a complete description of the final working product, including how it looks (including mocked-up graphics for each screen similar to the pdf), and how each button and screen should function. Also, you will be provided with a working controller product so that you can run set-up and test using the tablet during development.
