computer Science Project - open to bidding

Hello i have a computer since project this coming [login to view URL]~kdobolyi/cs112/P6/[login to view URL] the link above is the description of the project , it should be in python language . Python 2.7.9. In the description above ignore the step 4 which is the submission that i should do it you should write a code for this project . After you write a code you should add comments to the code . and to understand it you need also to look at the previous projects that I have done. It is matter of using some number. However, If you are that good at Python, i believe you can wave this problem by using some tricks. Otherwise, I will provide with all options and you can do what ever you think it is suitable. Please let me know about your respond as soon as possible. This project needs to be done by Friday.
