Windows installer/ bat

I need you to provide a little installer which does the following steps: 1. Install an exe file of Xampp server 2. set it's ports so that ports don't clash with other services. 3. set it and it's services to auto start with windows and as exception in firewall. 4. remove its icons from desktop, startmenu and taskbar. 5. change main user and password of phpmyadmin. 6. set these credentials active for login. 7. change the values of variables like post max size, execution time, max memory limit 8. create project directory in htdocs 9. copy project files to this directory. 10. create project icon on desktop like chrome desktop application.
