Can you tell me do you have some part of the system to be worked on right now or you're just thinking of assembling team? I would suggest when you search for a team not to pick individual developers but to pick a team that could work from a same location and that possible have access to hardware since that dramatically increases productivity and quality of end product.

We have 30 years of experience in motion control systems. We are developing our softwares with Delphi. If you want to create a custom software which is controlling the cnc machine with g codes we can help you. (like mach3) .
