Custom Ad Banner Rotator Code w/ easy Admin

An new entertainment website needs a custom Java- based Ad Banner Rotator that displays up to 6 banners with active links, runs from our web server, but the code with static URL address should work and integrate easily to any third party website - displaying the rotation of the six banners. Good example of this would be something like LINKSHARE type code where they distribute rotating banners of your selected ads and creates a code to insert in your website. Statistics of clicks would be fantastic implementation, but not required. Current server is a LAMP stack, main sites run on wordpress and PHP.
