a visual basic program for appointment booking and transport booking for patients at an spiecialist ward. Appointment Booking - after the patient logs in they book an appointment by select a slot - each slot is 15 min from 11am to 1pm which will consist of 4 slot per hour (12 slot in total). (patient can also edit their appointments) tranport booking - Patient desides to book an transport by stating their appointment booking times and answer some questions such as state your disabillity or medical condition and if they need any equipments with them. (patient can also edit their appointments) patients can only view their diagnosis. only doctors can edit patient's diagnosis. Both patients and doctors need to log in. finally an user guide written in microsoft word which includes printscreens.
