c# Application Extract relevant data from Mysql Table

I require the development of an application that can workout job requirements, key skills and essential requirements from extracted job descriptions. Here are examples: 1) [login to view URL] 2) [login to view URL] 3) [login to view URL] 4) [login to view URL] 5) [login to view URL] This data is crawled and indexed within a Mysql table after being cleaned/processed and HTML parsing applied to the data set. From each of the above examples i would like to be able to extract a small snippet/excerpt of data that meets my criteria and add the extracted excerpt to a new column in Mysql table. How we get this data can be based on a Logic of extracted data from html tags i.e. <li> or Start of new paragraph or next sentence. Performance of the application is important. Also on completion on Visual studio project files will also need to be provided. Hope this make sense please feel free to enquire further.

We have scraped many directory websites including yellowpages, yelp and e-commerce websites including amazon, walmart etc and many more. We can deliver the data very quickly. We use proxies with IP rotation to avoid being detected as bots. We use python with wget, scrapy, urllib and other tools to fetch webpages and parsers like HtmlXPathSelector, regular expressions etc to extract information from the html.
