Android app development - game like app (more like playing with data, no real graphic)

Hi developers. First of all, I am developer myself, however I am not as good in this field as I would like to be and I need the app to be done perfectly (best practices, refactored code, doing the things right etc.). I am not capable of that in android. The thing is, I have the application partly done, let's say 30%. The code needs to be very well refactored possibly rebuilt. I am looking for a very responsible developer dedicated to this project and possibly constantly available on skype. Before accepting a proposal I will do a little test, just to check your knowledge of Android (don't take it bad, but I got to make sure you are the right person). I will need you to program additional features to the app, see specifications for more info. Please don't propose if you are afraid of dirty hard work. I believe all good developers won't give up though. What I need to get done: 1. A lot of refactoring of already existing code, possibly rebuilding. 2. Adding new features to the app such as (I will have graphic part designed by some graphic designers, you just need to implement it): - UI, UX - modify our push notification - do a lot of error handling - testing 3. You've got to work with threads in a right way 4. You've got to work with a GCM (google cloud messaging for push notifications - which has been already implemented but needs additional edits and improvements) 5. You've got to work with our back end REST api service 6. I also expect you to do a complete documentation of what was done possibly workflow models/use case models etc. 7. You've got to work with a SSO (single sign on - FB, Gmail, twitter) and other authentication tokens 8. Work with Bluetooth (this part is already implemented, but might need some additional features) 9.
