A simple Android app

I've been looking for a very simple Android app for my phone but can't find anything like this. I am a programmer myself but I simply don't have the time to start messing with Android programming right now. This is what I need... 1) Detects an incoming call from a particular specific number 2) Immediately "answers" the call (so it doesn't even ring--similar to how Call Filter app does it) 3) Dials a set number (sending DTMF tones or whatever) 4) Hangs up This is what I need it for... I live in an apartment complex where, to gain entry through the gate, someone dials my phone at the gate keypad entry. I then have to answer my cell, dial 99 then hang up. This opens the gate for them. When I moved into this apartment I thought it was a cool idea. However, when people start dialing random numbers at the keypad at 3:30am and my phone starts ringing it gets a bit annoying. So I want my phone to answer calls from that specific number (detected on caller ID), dial the 99 and let them in automatically. I can't believe nobody has already written this app!! I'm guessing the only "interface" stuff this app will need is a settings area where you can specific the incoming call number to intercept and what to "dial" before hanging up. If you can write this app, I don't even want the source code or the rights to it. I simply want this app before I lose anymore sleep. It seems very simple for a seasoned Android developer. If you can do it, I will gladly pay for it and you can then go off and sell it on the play store to others. I'm sure there's a market for it!
