Binary Options broker automation

I need an expert advisor that places a trade on the indicator signal alert onto Binary Options Broker platforms like Markets World, Stock pair, Bee options, 24option and Binary International and if possible future developments to include other Binary Options Brokers. It should select the expiration time on a best match basis. So if I enter 5 Minutes for example and it is 05:01 it should expire 05:05. Always the nearest value to the entered time that's available and matches either 60 sec, 02min,05min 15min, 30min, and 60 min Everything will be further discussed once u understand the conditions.
