Create a DVD-ROM with my content and upload to kunaki

I have a member area using Wordpress. Inside the member area are our content: videos, PDF, etc... What I want you to do is transfer this member area to a DVD-ROM. That means, when our customer receives the DVD-ROM and open it, the member area (I think using HTML for the member area would be the best choice, but I'm open to suggestion) will show up on the computer. And from there they can access our content (all of which must be located on the DVD-ROM). I don't need fancy graphics for the member area on the DVD-ROM. But it must be clear and easy to navigate. You'd need to upload the DVD-ROM to kunaki for me as well. Canned or template bids will be ignored. Please specify exactly what you plan to accomplish the task. Include this phrase in your bid "CHELSEA", so I may know this is a serious bid. Thanks
