Banner on website (Flash Timer)

Our company is selling energy saving lights, therefore we want to insert a flash banner (timer) on our website which keeps on counting the KwH and Co2 the lights from our company are saving. We have a Typo3 CMS system and we want to insert a flash banner (timer) on our website, which must fit in terms of size and color. The banner should be adjustable and must specify a configuration file (text file with settings). This is needed so the flash then calculates how quickly the savings add up to the counter. So in our CMS system we should be able to fill in the number of lamps (easy adjustable and at any time we want) and according to the numner of lamps the counter has a specific speed, the more lamps filled in the faster the clock goes. We will calculate how much CO2 and KWH 1 lamps saves per second so this can be implemented in the formula of the clock and be multiplied by the number of lamps.
