CREATE A .NET WEBSITE

This project is in .NET framework 3.5 and C# language. MS SQL server 2008r2 (webforms) This project has total of 6 web pages from login to final page, I have these 6 pages already here for you with simple templates. I have login page working. Your tasks are write codes on the last 4 pages of the website according to the requirement. It will display or pre-select the appropriate checkbox based upon current data option of an user in the database and allows user to re-select or choose a new option ( in many options ). It will display the summary of selection in the final screen for you to review what they selected and allow user to click on a button to confirm it. The first page: display current summary data in the database. If user don’t want to change it, then they will click on ‘Final’ button, this will take user to the fourth page. If they want to change it, click Next button. The second page: program will pre-selected the appropriate checkbox based upon current data option of an user and let them to re-select or choose a new option. Current records will be listed and allows user to remove it or add new records here. I will provide a template for you have a picture of what is this about. There are many options ( checkboxes ) to choose from and user must choose one before can go the next page. User can click on Back button to go back to the first page. The third page: there are 3 checkboxes and one textbox on this page. Again, the program will pre-selected the appropriate checkboxes and allows user to re-select or enter an amount to textbox. The fourth page: display the summary page of what option you selected format similar to the first page. A confirm button to click and a confirm text page to print out. I will provide a bak file with total of 8 tables: 2 tables contains all the options, 1 main table with general information, 2 tables contains current options, 2 empty tables expecting new options and 2 temporary tables.
