Build 4 Workflows on Sharepoint Online and tape them!

Hello there! I need a freelancer to create 4 workflows on a list of Sharepoint Online (Office 365). I also want all 4 of them to be 'screen captured' so we can later tweak them ourselves. Workflow 1 (expiring document) Field ‘DT_TERMINO’ contains the expiry date of one document. Caso necessário, solicitar ao fornecedor a renovação ou aditivo do mesmo e encaminhar sua via física para o setor financeiro com folha de rosto devidamente preenchida, bem como a via digitalizada para o e-mail ADDRESS_I_CANT_MENTION. Sendo assim, a via física será encaminhada para arquivo morto onde permanecerá por 10 anos antes do descarte. Workflow 3 (Check out) This workflow should run every MONDAY at 00:01 and once immediately after the event. If ‘RETIRADA_FISICA_SIM’ is marked it should immediately send the following workflow e-mail (one per document which meet the condition): To: ADDRESS_I_CANT_MENTION, EMAIL_GENERICO, SOLICITANTE Attachment: no Subject: ### CHECK-OUT DO SEU CONTRATO ### Content: Prezado/a O documento código ‘CODIGO’ ‘TITULO’ foi RETIRADO do Sistema de Armazenagem por SOLICITANTE no dia ‘DT_RETIRADA’. Após o seu uso ele deve retornar para o setor responsável. Você receberá este e-mail até que o documento seja retornado. Workflow 4 (New document) This workflow should run immediately after a new register is inserted in the form. It should immediately send the following workflow e-mail (one per document which meet the condition). To: ADDRESS_I_CANT_MENTION, EMAIL_GENERICO Attachment: no Subject: ### NOVO CONTRATO ADICIONADO ### Content: Prezado/a O documento código ‘CODIGO’ ‘TITULO’ foi INCLUÍDO no o Sistema de Armazenagem de Contratos.
