Actualization Information Capture Software

I have a aplication to capture information in C++ ant .NET, and need actualization about reports, an combine data. I actually capture information about phisycs files, but now i have accurately the following points: 1. Generate PDF or Excel reports. Knowing the aplication have ID (identification by person), which are associated to some data (Type of Account, Entity, Days, Value) i need a report in PDF and Excel as: 1.1 Report by ID (identificacion) ID: xxxxxxxx Entity ______ 1_______Value_____ Days Entity ______ 2_______Value_____Days Entity ______-3_______Value_____Days 1.2 Report by Entity Entity: Many ID are related whit entity, and is very important see how many ID have one Entity. Entity: XXXXXX Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable ID_____ NAME_____NAME2_____LAST NAME_____LAST NAME 2. 1.3. Thye entities ar identify to T o N depending on the type. It would be interesting to identify what percentage of the record belongs to teh option 2. I need a actualization to link the entity and chargue with the ID, becouse is the Key to export the Data Base to other aplications. [login to view URL] aplication have a reference table to entities, but improve the performance if this table have options wich alphabetical order becouse the expectation is 400 entities. 4. I need four users write in the same DB. I accept suggestions. 5. The posibility to blok the record of the same ID. Example the aplication dont write 111111 if this number exist. 6. I work in the aplication now, and i dont want to lose the work, becouse its important the acces DB that has been crated.
