Automatic Web Scraping 2 websites then import to opencart

I'm looking for a coder who can set me up with some kind of automated web data scrapper/extractor which can automatically convert the data and import it into opencart. there are multiple websites that i would like to extract data from, i will give you 1 example, the rest are very similar. [login to view URL] I would like to extract all the products from their website, and import it into my opencart website, BUT, the prices must automatically change by a percentage, then all sku numbers will start with a specific sequence of numbers, so when a customer orders a product from our opencart store, we can find out who is the supplier it belongs to. there are different categories in each website of course, i do not want to extract the categories, but i will be working with the coder, so we can tell the coder where each category will be imported into. i will give you an example of all of the above, let's assume the price change will be 10% and we're importing the "Hard Drive" category from memory express's website, and we're naming memory express's store as store number 12. -all hard drives products under that specific category will be extracted, let's just talk about a single item for now, "Seagate 1TB 7200rpm HD selling for $100 and has a sku# 38000" 1) hard drive extracted with their prices and pictures 2) price changed by 10% to $110 3) sku changed to 1238000 4) item imported into opencart into my own categories.
