Betfair Betting Bot with Specific instructions

Create an automated Betfair bot to automatically place a bet on the favourite for a place after meeting following conditions: 1. Australian Horse racing markets only 2. Minimum 9 runners in race 3. Must monitor "Win Only" markets for favourites where the 4th ranked horse has odds at least $9.99 higher in value than the favourite. 4. Must be 5 minutes or less to the prescribed race start time before calculations on that market begins and bets can be placed. 5. Once all of those criteria have been met, automatically place a bet on that favourite in the corresponding "for place" market. Stake shall be set as follows: 1. Bot should bet 20% of available funds or $5.00, whichever is the greater. Bot should be able to run on a MAC or a PC.
