build my website and mobile apps

Hi Freelancers, I am in the business of building consultancy, diagnostics and inspections etc. So I report on building defects, workmanship etc I would like to build a website that it contemporary, clean and professional. I am after a site that is the same size (pages) & has the same functions, with a very similar look as: [login to view URL] Obviously I want it rebranded and improved if you guys can see ways of improving it. I want it SEO and mobile optimized. Most importantly like the jims site, I need the web site to be able to have a portal for me to load up completed reports so that clients can pay and download a copy of the report that they are interested in. I need a synchronised (with the web site or software) inspections app developed to speed up my inspection & reporting process. The app I am looking to develop will be similar to process of myinspectionapp However this app lacks customisation and flexibility, mostly in design, layout, fonts and the lack of flexibility of being able to edit the variable fields and to edit & attach other documents etc. It produces a report that looks very average, just like every other report in the market. I have developed a MS Word template that I would like the report to look like, which I have attached. Another apps / software worth referencing for the functionality I am looking for is: [login to view URL] When it comes to the inspection app, I want my reports to have a similar impact in the building inspections industry as Xero has had in the accounting industry, by turning universally boring and laborious reports and interfaces of accounting software into "beautiful accounting software" (of which their marketing campaign has been built on. Its and example of a simple, contemporary and graphically engaging product that has set a new standard in a boring field. Its the best way I can explain what I am looking for. All of the reports on the market are typically very boring, disengaging, over cluttered and quite chaotic in their layout and look. When it comes to functionality, I want it to be fast, intuitive, customisable (mostly from the software end) with some minimal customisation on the app itself if possible. I do want to keep it as simple to operate as possible with the least amount of 'clicks' in order to complete an inspection report similar to myinspectionapp. 1. A description of my current workflow. • A converted sales enquiry requires the customer to sign an inspection agreement. • A time is set with the agent to inspect the property and is confirmed with the customer by email or sms. • Inspection takes place on the scheduled date and time. • Inspection findings are captured on site with a digital camera /iphone device and a thermal imaging camera. • The photos are loaded onto my laptop in a named pictures/photo file. • Open up a report template, commence loading the photo's into each template photo 'box' (about 4-5 rows / photo box's per page in a row and column grid pattern with photos to the far right column. • I then begin at item/photo 1 and start filling in the significant items of defect, the description etc (have to configure the titles in accordance with the AS 4349.1) 2. An example of my existing report. • Attached below is a couple of examples of my standard building inspection format. I prefer if we can make this a lot cleaner and more 'Xero' like. 3. Key functionality that I am looking for; • I need the photographs to load into the photo fields automatically and be able to delete a row or the photograph if necessary. • I would like the content fields to in a library and to be key word filtered if possible. • I would like the titles, headings and item fields etc to be editable in order to creates different templates. • I want the report to be graphic where applicable i.e. the inspection details regarding weather conditions but not if it detracts from a professional presentation. • I want a grid style format across the page if possible with the objective being to get 3-4 defects/findings per page. • I want to be able to load other documents such as the relevant AS 4349.0, 4349.1, 4349.3 etc • I want the ability to edit and customise terms & conditions for other types of inspections such as asbestos, dilapidation, defect, and renovation reports etc with integration to a CMS and invoicing through Xero would be great. I would appreciate it if you could let me know what the viable options are? • I would like at least 4 different 'flagging' triggers per each item on the app to create separate lists under different headings such as 'significant findings/defects', a summary renovation or maintenance items and limitations & obstructions. As far as the hardware is concerned, I am thinking of the using: [login to view URL] As all the smart phones I am aware of on the market currently don't have a good enough flash and optical zoom. However, if anyone knows of a better device, I am open to suggestions. I am looking at creating this app for my own use and for worldwide sale, but I want someone who I can trust and rely on to develop the best solution and provide ongoing support for this project .
