Attend local UNICEF public tender and take notes

Hello! I am Gabriel Tortelli. I work for Prodiet Clinical Nutrition. Our company develops medical food for patients in risk or in malnourished state. We are participating on a tender at Unicef Nutrition Unit, in Copenhagen. The bidding will take place this Monday, at 10:30am. I estimate it should last for no longer than 3 hours. The job is quite simple. We need someone to attend the bidding, as Prodiet's representative and simply take notes on anything that takes place during the bidding.
