I am looking for someone who can use their unlimited email sending software and services to emails to target individuals that are interested in online marketing, business development, website development and employment. I need the provider to have a good qualified list and use a servier with IP address that will not be rejected by spam filters. Email must be passable through to gmail, yahoo, AOL and Microsoft email accounts. I will be advertising for two different programs, one will be for www.traffic-to-your-website.com. Both will require the interested people to opt-in for further details. For this reason, if possible, I would prefer to pay as per qualified opt-in lead if possible. Please provide your quotation along with number of contacts that you can send emails to, average percentage of click through rates, average percentage of opt-ins (if you have this number) and time frame you can start.
