Advertising presentation and rate card for a website

I have a city directory website and I need an advertising presentation and rate card to submit to potential advertiser. The format can be PDF or Powerpoint. Winning bidder will be given website url. Based on the website and a Q & A with the site founder, he/she will have to develop a brief marketing document (including pricing)? that will? be used to? sell ad space to local SMEs. Bidder must have previous experience of developing such marketing and sales tools/documents.
