Backlinks from .gov and .edu sources

Hello, I’m looking for a contractor on a continuing basis that is able to track down and submit backlinks to multiple websites that are .edu sites and .gov sites only. Currently I have multiple websites that need backlinks from these types of sites. I will need you to document the initial sources that you will be able to submit too. Once that list is provided, I will supply you with any content you will need. This project price will need to be calculated based off the initial sources that you can come up with. It would be best to have niche sources as well as the generic ones. Once you begin the project you will be required to send me a completion report with these field below filled out Site url, site page rank, Username, password, Submitted status update(ex:pending approval, submitted, etc), Link to the backlink source I’m not looking for: Social Bookmarks, article submission sites(unless they are .gov and [login to view URL]) or any type of backlinks that aren’t [login to view URL] or .edu. I can provide the business details as well as any content you will need. If none of this above makes sense to you, please don’t bid on this project. I’m looking for contractors that will be my steady go to person for these types of projects. The more information you give me about yourself the better I can determine who to pick. Also if you could send me 2 "source examples" of .edu/.gov sites you will be preferred over other freelancers that bid. Please bid in confidence as I will be looking to hire more than 1 person. Thanks
