10 plus years of customer service, marketing, and public relations experience. I'm an energetic generalist who is able to assess the situation and implement my own or teams ideas. I can see, analyze, and evaluate the big picture, but also identify the relevant picture to achieve the goals of the company. Over my many years experience, I have researched, internet researched, composed, drafted, typed, edited, rewritten, proofread and printed and array of documentation, such as, letters, medical letters, medical transcription documents, transcription documents, medical newsletters, newsletters, articles, policy and procedure manuals, medical policy and procedure manuals, forms, fundraising/grant/funding/sponsorship proposals and bids. I have also ghostwritten several eBooks, blogs and reports.
