Assistant Needed for New App Company (1884711)

Please see the FULL description before bidding ## Deliverables We are looking to hire an assistant / project manager for an up and coming app development company. Initially we will need your services for approximately 1 hour a day, 7 days a week and within 6 months increase that to 3-5 hours a day. Although not a must, it would be a bonus if you have experience with the mobile app development industry and/or project management, as well as online marketing skills. Your duties will include - communicating with both company partners - Delegating task to other freelancers - Internet and industry research/posting/reporting/etc. - Setting up meetings - Screening and hiring freelancers - Setting appointments - Preparing Meetings - Preparing and sending out employment contracts You must have: - An organized way of doing things - To notch computer skills - Great, responsive communication skills NOTE I want to make sure that you have fully read our requirements instead of just placing a blanket bid so when you bid, please start of by saying "Dame Dash" Ok now back to what we need from you. - The ability to make phone calls both within and outside of the U.S. - The ability and drive needed to get the job done. - A great, positive mindset and a love for helping to make the world a better place ;-) - Time management skills, with ability to manage multiple calendars - General administrative assistant skills, including above average typing speed, proper telephone and email etiquette, and document creation experience - Excellent knowledge of many Internet technologies, including job posting websites, social media management and product partnerships To be considered for the job, you must meet these absolute requirements: - YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. - Have proficient English writing skills. - Pay high attention to detail - Permanent and fast internet connection - Knowledge of Skype - You must not be a part of an agency. - Must be open to singing an NDA and non-compete Please note that you will be hired as an independent contractor and will be responsible for paying your own taxes and health care.
