Design a simple game in Python

Need to design a game, here the broad outline. Details will be supplied to serious bidders. Two player game of Jackal and Rabbit ------------------------------------- First player to win 3 rounds wins the game. All moves must be made using the mouse. On the Rabbit's turn, a move is made simply by selecting the target location. On the Jackals' turn, two clicks are required: one to select which Jackal, and a second to select the target location. Note that players have up until the supplied value of maximum Seconds to make a move. If they take longer, the screen should visibly flash and the player loses their turn. Your user interface can be simple and plain but it must be functional. It must display the board, make clear whose turn it is, make it easy for players to enter moves, display the score.
