Correct small python mail script

I am using a python script to send emails. It reads email addresses and name title from a csv file. The problem is that it will stop running for various causes. Instead of stopping i want it to continue and just log the email address that it failed to send message to. Also it stops if there is any fluctuation with internet (i guess) or anything else, i would rather want it to wait till internet returns instead of closing down. The original scriptmaker said he could correct this easily but he has family issues now so i need someone that can help me right away. Anyway please bid if you are familiar with python scripts. Max.
