Assist with Project Management

Please put PROJECT as first word of your response to be considered -managing teamwork (project management software) -prioritize days/tasks during the day to day for team members -follow up to make sure tasks are completed on time -document/define/set up measurable and scalable processes (sales processes, out reach, etc) -measurable KPI’s for each “department” -organizing work flow/days -Documenting processes/training -document, measure expectations for [login to view URL] (quality, how fast, when) Go through a day of ex. SEO stuff and see how fast, slow you’re doing it (do it for each type of outreach, etc)-expectations met to help set a baseline of expectation and also be able to measure capacity better reporting on late tasks vs. on time making sure we didn’t/don’t over schedule someone (if something is late is it because they aren’t doing good job or have too many things on their plate) track capacity- don’t know how many accounts each person can handle -Have all department heads report directly to this person on KPI’s -punctual with time -very organized -detail orientated -accountability -want to say we need this done and just get the deliverables back -help find inefficiencies -project manager, operations, manager, processes - Find a good CRM for us to use. ex. basecamp, [login to view URL] or a CRM to log conversations with clients or anything that attaches emails to a CRM everyone can see accesses (basecamp, etc)- integrate email potentially Basically just want a centralized place where the team can see emails/communications with clients Show everyone everyones stats-what they’re measured on and what they hit
