• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program. • Organize and work independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects and complete assignments within specified deadlines. • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and management, outside officials and agencies, and the public, expressing ideas and instructions clearly and concisely. • Scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors. • Maintains employees benefits programs and informs employees of benefits • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs. • Act as authorized person in any Bank transaction. • Report Expenses billing. • Prepared R3,LMS,Pag –Ibig Fund, Phil – Health remittances. • Perform other duties as assigned by General Counsel, President or other senior management.
