build wordpress homepage from template design

I need a wordpress site created using this purchased template - Intelligible. I only need the homepage built. I have purchased template theme and will supply/. I would like the design exactly as per this screen grab taken from the sales website (see link); All images to be supplied by me. All text to be supplied by me. <[login to view URL]> Including features are per design - Site name - Pro Seo Ranking * Top tabs - home, seo services, portfolio, contact * Rolling homepages; rolling Page1 -page 5- as per template website sample. Middle tabs - as per design including; -who we are -seo packages -Search Engine Optimisation Bottom tabs are per design including; -Pages -Recent Projects -Contact -Testimonials Essentially I want this website recreated as per template design from link. I will edit myself once designed and built and fill out the website pages. I will supply unique images where needed. All text will be supplied by me. I only need the homepage built and designed, the rest I will do myself. Thanks
